"Free Internet access in Education"

A Reflective Writing for: RA 10844

Description

           Republic Act 10844, otherwise known as the "Department of Information and Communication Technology Act of 2015" which was signed into law on May 23rd of 2016.The Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) shall be the primary policy, planning coordinating implementing and administrative entity of the executive branch of the government that will plan, develop, and promote the national ICT development agenda.

The DICT shall strengthen its efforts on the following focus area :

*Policy and planning

*Improved Public access

*Resource - sharing and capacity - building

*Consumer Protection and industry development

To ensure the provision strategic reliable, cost efficient and citizen - centric information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure systems and resources as instruments of good governance and global competitiveness.

Feelings:

           If the government give the opportunities to priorities all of the students to access free Internet connections in the Philippines. If this would be happen as a students its a big privilege and thankful to them.

Evaluation :

           Through this Technology Filipinos are using all kinds of technology to make life more essier and also to fulfil our needs and desires to every aspects of our daily lives. This ICT development gives the solution of our little problems to communicate our special someone's.

Analysis :

          Inventing this Information Communication Technology (ICT) it is very important and useful especially students, governments and OFW and also the private companies and other users of ICT because of this, it can also make people more advantage to do something faster and easiest way of living in this society.

Conclusion :

               Some Filipinos that use technology there lives was changed if this ICT more reliable and have a good access in terms of Internet access, this can change our country highly impact in terms of educational and working lifestyle especially in our government.

Action Plan :

             The government implementing this kind of ICT programs hoping that it can give to the country more reliable access for all the Filipino ICT users.
